The unit features a heavy-duty stainless steel body and galvanized legs with adjustable bullet ends. Individually controlled 750W heating elements with dedicated control switches ensure precise temperature management, while a red indicator light signals operation. An adjustable undershelf provides convenient storage for pans, trays, and utensils. The wells are designed to accommodate full-size spillage pans. A removable 8-inch deep by 0.5-inch thick polycarbonate cutting board runs the width of the unit for easy cleaning. Each heat compartment is fully insulated on all sides and the bottom with 1-inch thick insulation to maintain consistent heat.
